LogicMonitor will be extended from IT systems to OT (Operational Technology) systems, ensuring a unified approach to monitoring across the entire enterprise.
To facilitate this integration, new SNMP v3 collectors will be installed in the DMZ to enable secure interconnection between IT and OT environments.
Furthermore, LogicMonitor will support the creation of independent and dedicated dashboards for each site. This customization provides tailored insights and detailed views specific to the needs of individual locations, enhancing the ability to monitor and manage site-specific operations effectively.
With the inclusion of customizable alerts that can be sent to ServiceNow, LogicMonitor ensures prompt identification and tracking of potential equipment problems, thus maintaining high security standards and operational efficiency across industrial environments.
It is unclear the expected outcome and collaboration from the Observability Product. We still don't see how to transform it in a specific feature at this moment, but we will promote it as a feature for piloting whatever is decided.
We have scheduled a meeting with the requestor in order to understand the requirements and decide if it is possible to cover this monitoring from Logicmonitor or we should use a different monitoring solution from our offering.
