Logic Monitor - Monitor the folder to check if the file exists or if it has more than 0kb

Problem Description:

The LMAS/LPAS flow, when executed via NiFi software, is experiencing stability issues that result in data integrity failures. Intermittently, the file dropped into the PIM.360 hotfolder is either empty (0 KB) or missing entirely. This compromises the reliability of the data pipeline.
