Hello Team,
we would like to be able to activate oncalls through GOC using Datadog but from what I understand, in order to do so we would need to generate events/episodes in Splunk first.
They recommended checking with your team if you can integrate Datadog and Splunk. At this point we are integrated with Service Now and we can create P1/P2/P3 incidents but apparently this is not enough to activate on call procedures in case of P1 (night, weekends).
Please let me know if there is a possibility of such integration.
