Hi, we currently use Service Now webhook extensively to create incidents for multiple support teams and it looks like for some of the monitors it would be more useful to receive SCTASKs with exact action plan required instead of incidents. Now all monitors are covering system outages, some of them include custom queries and checks where receiving a request/sctask fits better and is not causing SLA problems related to the incidents.
We would like to have two options/categories in the ServiceNow webhook 1) keep incidents creation and 2) create a task in Service Now
