As you know some groups are monitoring directly from LogicMonitor and not from SPLUNK so we have a really big issue to calculate different KPIs like Reaction and Resolution times for those events.
As you know this is key to measure the quality of our service and it can be some consequences related to the contract with the MS
It seems the reporting capabilities out of LM will solve this gap. So no further implementation would be required.
A meeting should be scheduled to evaluate the feasibility of this feature request, as the capabilities available at LogicMonitor for this purpose are far away from Splunk ITSI (standard tool at the momento for event management).
