Enablement of self-service maintenances in Logicmonitor instead Splunk MoM

Since only Logicmonitor consumers are using the maintenance in Splunk MoM M3T, from our point of view and with the new RBAC model, the service should be offered via self service in Logicmonitor.
As far as we know, only Loficmonitor consumers are setting maintenances M3T. Right now if they use M3T they can enter free text with typos. It is translated into Servicenow incidents to our teams.

In addition, the consumers don't understand the meaning of some of the fields used in Splunk to set the maintenances and they are entering wrong values.

Solving all of this requires a great effort and complexity from Splunk side that can be simplify and done easily using Logicmonitor SDTs with the new RBAC model.
