Create an incident once a privileged operation recorded in Oracle .aud file

Description: In response to findings from the ICFR audit, ICFR auditors have requested the implementation of audit logging for specific privileged events occurring on Oracle databases. These events are recorded in the Oracle .aud file. LogicMonitor should monitor this file, detect privileged actions, and create corresponding events. Once these events are captured, LogicMonitor should integrate with ServiceNow to create incidents for the detected privileged actions. This feature aims to ensure compliance with ICFR requirements by providing a robust audit trail for privileged actions on Oracle databases.
