Currently, SDT functionality is working as designed meaning setting the machines in maintenance mode based on the Delivery Group to which they belong.
However, there are instances (Delivery Group) that throw alerts and incidents based on the data of the machines that are in maintenance mode.
The enhancement is to propagate the maintenance mode (SDT) to the Delivery Group instance to avoid generating incidents even though the servers are in maintenance mode.
SDT information is currently stored on the BitBucket / GitLab file, modified through an iCare request. Enhancement: allow delegated admin rights to modify this file by ourselves or to provide a file where the mechanism can read from and program the SDT maintenance windows.
We already talked with the requestor to agree the solution that it is required to automate the recurrent maintenance mode for Citrix delivery groups. Pending to be assessed for the next PI, for the meantime we have offered a workaround to set the SDT using the LM user interface.
