Baseline setup for Nanopore

We need to set up a Baseline for Nanopore project in LogicMonitor.
This is needed to be able to set up additional monitors, which are required to ensure that the cluster is working as expected.

Some examples of what we have to monitor:
- All filesystems on /etc/fstab are mounted
- Network interfaces are up (Including InfiniBand links)
- Needed services are running, etc.

Please let me know the exact information you require to set this up.
