Enhancing visibility into CI/CD pipelines

The goal is to identify bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency and reliability via pipeline monitoring, performance metrics, log aggregation & analysis, security and compliance monitoring with dashboard and reporting with alerts/notifications.

We want to improve the CI/CD monitoring capabilities for teams to help them understanding their pipelines. shifting left in CI/CD.
