There are a lot of episodes non operated in GOC splunk view, as LogicMonitor clean capability.
Can you analyze these cases? If for example, there are P3 and P4 episodes (not critical) ou can implement a delay to avoid their apperance in GOC view, so we can ensure only the episodes that are "true" are assigned to our view to take any action. This will reduce the noise in the GOC splunk console

Bein analyzed internally by the team, we should have a first conclusion by this week or beginning of the next
Juan to comment with the team if a "standard" delay can be applied to P3-P4 episodes so that OFR team can have as less episodes as possible in their consoles.
