Incident with a lower priority.

Dear Team,

After checking with Juan Frances and Enrique Mendoza, they let us know we should open a new idea due to our improvement makes sense.

At this moment, LM creates a new incident with priority lower or upper (never with the same priority) when LM has already created another incident for the same issue and it is not correct for us. It is logical that if, for example, we have a P3 and the issue is more critical then an incident with upper priority must be opened. But never should create an incident with a lower priority.

We appreciate it if you can work on this, then we won't receive incidents that do not add value to the service.
