Include incident number (or link to the incidents) for devices on LogicMonitor with an active alert

Include incident number (or link to the incidents) for devices or different components on LogicMonitor with an active alert. When an alert has incident automation, Splunk's NEAP will populate the Incident ID in the logic monitor information.

This enhancement will improve how operational teams are able to track incidents or discover if an alert created an incident from the LogicMonitor portal.
