Hi! We have 70 Panduit PDUs in the Roche Costa Rica Campus (52x Panduit P16D14M, 18x Panduit P30D02M). The Connectivity equipment is connected to these PDUs. Site Services needs to be able to monitor them remotely for fault and usage. These PDUs support SNMP (1, 2, and 3). Can these Panduits PDUs be monitored by LogicMonitor? If so, what is the process to add them?

There is an email thread directly with the requestor once it has been discarded that the component should be monitored globally. Once it is clarified if the Local Site from Costa Rica requires some kind of monitoring we will follow up and identify if there is something we can help with.
We have talked with Rubén Navas about this topic, his point of view is that this monitoring should be implemented globally not only for Costa Rica, He is going to check if they have the proper conditions to include these devices in Lm (check if those are in Helix and Snow)
An alignment with Connectivity team and potentially with the requester is required so a meeting will be scheduled to clarify.
