Ingest information to LM Logs from LM Wrapper log using Opentelemetry mechanism

It is required to ingest data related form Lm collectors(wrapper.log) using opentelemetry mechanism in LM logs in order to better monitor possible issues related to this component, Having this information in LM logs platform we can use LM Logs capabilities to troubleshoot any behavior issue that could happen
